I have taken my car to the dealer 4 times. Each time they have reset the light. I was given a list of reasons why the light came on: too hot outside, too cold outside, and the PSI should be set 2 PSI greater than the manufacturer recommendations. The low pressure light has been on again; I read on this site that there has been a software upgrade. So, I will be taking the car back for that upgrade.
I have owned the car since November 2014 and the Check Tire Pressure light has been on for 95% of the time. I have been back to the dealership 4 times and each time they assure me the problem is fixed. Within 10-15 miles the light comes back on and does not go off unless I go back to dealership and then it only stays off for a few miles. Tires are at the correct psi. Extremely annoying problem and getting to the point where I just want to ignore it which could become a safety issue. Honda really needs to take a look at this problem as I know I am not the only one complaining about it.

The warning light stays on indefinitely until a mechanic is seen. The problem can reportedly be triggered by a number of things, including temperature, driving distance and even small fluctuations in PSI. Even if mechanic fix it, it will happened again in some time and stays on. It happened already 4 times.
Update from Feb 6, 2015: The problem is fixed now. Computer software upgrade is available now.
Since I bought brand new Honda Civic, tire pressure warning comes on every 2-3 days. Dealership tried to fix it so many times but nothing works, now they kind of giving up, I still bring car back to dealership every 2-3 days to check tire pressure. A month ago, I had flat tire but at the time, warning did not come on. This tire pressure light is soooooooo annoying, won't work right, not worth to deal. Honda dealer even not willing to work out.
