November 11,2015 the dealer performed a recall and multipoint inspection on the car when I got home and checked the tire there was a nail in one of the tire had it removed and thats when I saw the problem. On November 12, 2015 the car was brought in for service of the concern, I told the service advisor to removed the tire to see the problem. The service advisor called me called me back about 3 to four times and assure me that everything was fine.3 days later I check if it was corrected and found same problem as I reported. I took two picture and sent it to service manager. They towed the car on November 17, 2015 and now they want to charge me to fix the problem because they said we hit a curb but we did not recall any incident that occur. It seems like we been driving a car with a defect from the start.
