I noticed my paint started peeling from the door jam out underneath my my front passenger door. I then took it to the dealership, and finally had it inspected by a manufacturer represntative.
Once the inspection was done on February 23rd, I only received a ONE SENTENCE ANSWER after waiting 3 months for the inspection. This was caused by outside influence and will NOT be covered by warranty. I then expressed my dissatisfaction with Honda's response to Jason Preston and asked for the "Reps" number, I was told they did not give out that information and would not even give me his name for reference. He only told me to call Honda Customer Care then ushered me out the door with barely as much as a bye. No intention on helping me fix my paint regardless if covered by warranty or not. I am completely disappointed in the actions that were taken by my service representative Jason Preston, do not work with him he is completely useless and if you seem even so much as flustered he tries to get you out of the dealership or off the phone as soon as possible. He is only there to collect a paycheck and does not have any motivation to keep the customer happy.
Honda Customer Care is completely useless as well. Calling them did nothing but put a complaint on paper with a case number and a couple verbal repetitions of "I'm sorry, I would be extremely frustrated too." I also discussed if they could help me get my car repainted and i was told to research and find my own shop if I did not want to go back to that dealership.
