THE ZERO KM HONDA CAR’S HAIL DAMAGED BILL
I bought a zero km Honda Civic Elagance Eco Car from Honda Bora Ankara dealers. When I was called to deliver my car but I realized that the montage of LPG was not ready. They tried to cover up their careless manner with business jam (They told me that this was because of business jam) This resulted with a week delay.
When taking the car I saw that glass film was full of air bubbles. They told me that these bubbles would disappear by the time, but I didn’t believe. But I got the car because I needed it. After I bought the car, I realized that on the bill given me it was written : ‘hail damaged’, meaning the car was having faults because of heavy hail raining. When I showed this description to Ankara Honda Bora district, they told me that the bill was mistakenly written and printed out and there wasn’t any fault with the car. Having that problem made me very annoyed with brand new car (it made me very upset to have a problem like this with new car). All these were a matter of speech, so I asked the Honda General Management if my car was having hail damage or not by giving the chassis number of car.
They returned me back saying my car had no record about having hail fault but again without any written record just by talking. So I asked the office man on the phone to give me a written record about this. About two months later they sent me a report with no signature saying that the car given to Honda district had no fault. I sent this back saying this was not an official report. All these took a long and tiring period of time, many times on the phone and at the dealer’s face to face.
I had bought my first 0 km car from Honda Bora district. At those times I had trusted them much. As a summary, I wasted my 2 months time at Turkish Honda Dealer’s so called Honda Bora Dealer’s (Honda Bora Bayi). For the second time I preferred Honda. I liked very much this brand and trusted them much. But unfortunately , I am very cold and have negative feelings about your car brand now.
