EPS failed at 70mph. I have been reading in forums about different makes and models having the same issue. I feel that loosing power steering is a very serious issue and manufacturers should be doing more! How can this happen over and over and No Recalls?

I was driving 70 mph on the Highway, and the EPS STEERING FAILED!! I was 10 min. away from the dealer. I brought it in with the lights on the dash still on and no power steering! 5 days and they have no answers without getting the car to fail again! I have read some blogs where this is not uncommon. I find it hard to believe that Honda techs. have no answer!! I'm a Honda guy.... but this may change my way of thinking. Good luck and Have a nice day!
