I was stopped in traffic. A large truck crashed into the rear of my vehicle. My car was then pushed into vehicle in front of me. The truck was going 45 to 50 mph and never tried to brake, then crashed into me. It was a clear day and no reason for him to not see my vehicle. My airbags didn't deploy, my seatbelt broke. I had 3 major injuries and one minor injury. 2 years later still have problems from the injuries. One of the injuries was a traumatic brain injury. I had major surgery on my left shoulder, still facing possible surgery on my neck, and found very little care for my brain injury. I was retired at the time (retired at a young age) and no longer capable of working if I wanted to, I am currently 53 years old. Persons in the car in front of me were also injured. So far I have not been able to find any class action suit filed against Honda. Local attorneys will not take case against Honda because of the cost going up against a large car company. I have received no compensation for my brain injury and neck injury. I would never purchase a Honda vehicle ever again. I also will not ride in small cars since the accident.
