The last time this hesitation problem occurred it almost caused me to have a wreck. The car behind me was also turning right and when my car hesitated, he almost hit me from behind. I took the car into the dealership where I purchased it, Tameron Honda, Birmingham, AL and was told by the service manager that this condition was inherent in the 2013, 2014, and 2015 Civic; therefore there was nothing he could do about it. In fact, he said this condition was "normal" operation for the Civic.
If I had known this, I certainly would not have purchased a Civic. I am hoping that this complaint will eventually get to the Honda America customer care department to see if they agree that it is a known problem that cannot be fixed.
