This is related to the poor quality interior of the 2012 Honda Civic EX model, The door panel plastic is very cheap and when you roll your window up or down the whole panel will move slightly, It happen on driver side and passenger side. I went to dealership and was told they did not manufactured the car so they cannot do anything. Showed me 2 more same model cars and all were having same issue. I have never seen this cheap quality in any of the other car. I called American Honda and was told they can do something if other people complain too. No idea how many complaints they received, They are not willing to accept they used poor quality materials. But look like I wasted money on buying this new civic, will never buy Honda again. Come on Honda do something. People laugh at the car when they get in with this poor quality material used.
