Annoying to say the least, it's a driver distraction and if you have a crash, how do you know it works to protect someone. IT'S A SAFETY ISSUE, IT NEEDS TO BE REPAIRED ON HONDAS TAB.
I HAVE PAID $285.00. Dealer says if the light comes on after this repair then it's the more expensive repair. THATS CALLED DECEPTION AND GOUGING. FIX THE PROBLEM - I'M SURE IT WON'T COST THE $1035.00 BEFORE TAXES AND LABOR ARE TACKED ON TO BUMP IT ANOTHER $. I'M GUESSING $200.00 + THE PART COST.
Honda 2012 Civic. The SRS Airbag Light is coming on . We had it checked out to see why. The Honda Company said it was a Sensor and that it could possible cost up to $1800 to find the correct Sensor. Is there a recall on the Airbag Sensors on a Honda 2012: If not, there should be. I think this is the manufacturer's fault. We are trying to decide what to do about this problem.
