The air conditioning/Heater blower motor would stop at random or stop if you hit a hard bump. Also i found if you slapped the dashboard this could make it stop as well. Often after it would stop another bump or smack to the dashboard would make it start working again.
My Civic was a lease, and i noticed this started occurring around 1-2 months before the lease was to expire. Since it was not an issue that effected the daily driving of the vehicle and the lease was about to expire i never got around to having it fixed.
Other than that very good car.
