humming noise when turning

I had my car repaired for a rear bumper replacement and a small dent in the trunk. After 5 days, I went back to the Honda dealer and got my car, went home happy for the repair. Following morning I noticed the noisy humming sound in my car after starting it and while turning the steering wheel. Sound is familiar to me because I heard that same symptom a year ago (Oct 2013) . So I went straight to the Honda dealer and asked them what caused the humming sound which is not evident when I gave them the car for bumper repair. After T-shooting, I was told there was a leak on my power steering pressure hose causing my fluid to dump and empty and would need to be replaced.

I was so angry because I gave them the car without engine problems (but bumper and dent only) , when they returned it to me there was a problem already and I was being asked to pay additional for the replacement. I told them , the problem may have been caused by their repair men because it turned out , they did an engine wash on my car as an SOP for body repair.

They maintained it broke under my care when I drove the car the previous night and the problem was caused by wear and tear on the feed hose. I then argued further and asked them to show me the defective hose (I uploaded the picture of the hose part with the leak area) , everyone I asked said the hose leak looks like a cut or injury caused by a sharp object and not due to wear and tear ( I too believed it was a cut , intentionally or not ). I had the hose replaced because I have no choice at the moment but to have it repaired as I need the car for work and home.

Honda Svc manager talked to me, apologized for my problem , but still maintained problem was due to wear and tear. I then remembered why the sound is familiar because it happened to me before, after I had my oil change and engine wash on the same Honda dealer last year. After I got my car back then and drove home, I already heard the noisy humming sound, it was already in the evening so I went back to the dealer the following morning to ask why, they told me a steering hose problem as well (not the same hose, but cheaper than my recent problem)

Symptom was the same, scenario was the same (after an engine wash) , same Honda dealer, what are the odds of my steering wheel hose system always breaking after they worked on it , then I drove home? Very low right? So , still maintained something happened inside the shop that cause it to break. I'm not buying the wear and tear explanation because although my car is 4 years old and I have a long KM mileage because I live far from work, the hose state looks new and not in anyway stiff or brittle like old wear and tear rubber hose.

I sent a complaint letter to Honda Phils. but not getting any reply , I think they should send in a reply for complaining customers as part of good customer service. My case is not closed yet but I lost all confidence on the Honda dealer where I had my car maintained for the last 4 years and promised wont be going back there. Also I read in the net that this problem can cause fire in the engine, l was lucky it did not because I drove 1.5 hour in the highway from home to the dealer ( around 65km far one way ) with the humming sound and drained steering liquid.

I sure hope there was no intentional creation of problems in these dealers just to increase Service revenues because if there was , and problems caused fire and injury , it would be a big problem for Honda.

I'm wondering if there is rubber expert somewhere that can provide an expert analysis on the "cut" in my hose so I can prove it was really a cut and not a regular wear and tear pressure leak hole ...
