Well title says it all. Today on the way to work driving down rural road hearing a "bang" or "pop" noise from the vehicle. At the time wasn't sure exactly where it came from but though something might have hit the undercarriage of the vehicle.
As I merged onto the highway approximately 15 minutes later it sounded a sheet of ice was being blown off the car. Unfortunately, it wasn't ice but was the glass from my sunroof as it was exploded through the top.
I expect the initial noise I heard was the glass shattering. I guess the change in pressure outside the vehicle as I accelerated caused the broken glass to get sucked out.
As of right now Honda Canda Relations was awful. Without talking to anyone at the dealership they said there wasn't any defect and that I should call my insurance company and submit a claim. I will update this post as the story continues. If anyone else had a similar experience please message me.
