I have only had my car past a year, and i have had nothing but problems with my honda. First, it was the loud and annoying grinding coming from my back tired due to my brakes. I took it in and had it looked at by Ford where i purchased it from. They stated that the calipar pistol was coming out, or a pin was coming loose on my brakes.
An intermittent buzzing noise while on reverse and intermittent metal to metal grinding noise while driving occurred at a little over 16,000 miles. The metal to metal grinding noise disappears at times when I pump the brakes while driving. The metal grinding does not appear to be brakes related because the grinding stops when I press the brakes prior to coming to a full stop. I'm hoping that the 36,000 Honda warranty will cover the cost to repair the problems. I will update my comments after I take the car in for repair in the morning.
