When the heat goes out and its 30 degrees outside it is a hassle

This is a second and different issue I have with the Heating and A/C unit. This fall, the heater stopped working/blowing hot air. I have not yet brought it to the mechanic, as we have only had that odd week of freezing cold weather in late October, early November, but will be bringing it in soon.

I miss my '98. This one has given me fits for one reason or another since I drove it off the lot.
