Honda rep knows of the problem. Its been known for some time. They refuse to change the cylinder and they say its not under waranty. So they charge 1/2 hour of labor and grease , each time you report the problem.
checked with honda dealer in sydney, told us to contact our dealer in sydney if we wanted better deal....colonial halifax....rude...told us to contact honda canada if we wanted to complain
I bought Honda Civic chassis Nos MAKFD 151 H 8 N 201183 on 6th March ' 09, at that time it was already exhausted 90 km...from very that day after taking the delivery car started creating problem in clutch , I informed the showroom guys they asked to come for a check next day...when we visited next day they assured that the clutch trouble is fixed now, but since then the problem is not sorted out. The car is not running properly , now after a month when its sent for the regular check up the service guys informed that the clutch plates need a change , which is astonishing to hear at such a primary level how can clutch plates are not working properly when car is hardly completed its 5000 km..
I wonder that I got an accidental machine and need a quick check on this , I need to take up this call my some senior officials at Honda ..
Please look into this and ask somebody to get in touch with me on tis..
