The company is aware of the problem and put out a bullitan to car repair shops but refuse to pay for the repair. The wipers stop mid windshield, don't stop when turned off and you are unable to adjust the speed. If they know there is a problem why won't they fix it. They say that it hasn't hurt anyone yet. What are they waiting for, the yet to happen?
