No matter how many time I have the wiper blades changed, the right side wiper continues to stutter and streak. Had the dealership check it and put on new blades for me. They said there was nothing wrong with the wiper assembly. Also tried different brands of wiper blades. The streaking and smears make it difficult to see out of the right side of the windshield.
