I have had the problem, without knowing what it was. Finally - 2,000+ miles from home and needing to drive, I find out the problem and needed repairs. Investigation via internet tells me that this Honda as well as several other years models had a "recall" on the rear arm control. Unfortunately I did not receive this recall notice -- perhaps because of a move to another state????? I have new tires on it which are destroyed with less than a year's wear (and very limited driving).
