We have put 6 sets of tires on our 2007 Honda civic. I sent the receipts in to Honda Class Action Lawsuit regarding uneven wear of rear tires. We even have a log book explaining the tire changes. But this is still not good enough. They have denied our claim. Our receipts don't have enough information on them.
Well, obviously we did not know there was a problem at the time the tires were changed. So nothing is mentioned on the receipts but is in the log book. Honda has acknowledged a problem by putting out a service bulletin. It is time that they stepped up to the plate and stand behind their product. Who can afford a new set of tires every year?
I am very disappointed in this car and in Honda Canada, but I am not surprised.
