never know where the wipers stop and when they will stop when you turn off the wipers.

Never good when it's pouring rain and your wind shield wipers decide to work when they feel like it or not at all. More shoddy work and craftsmanship from Honda? I think so.....well played.

When is car is started, the windshield wipers start up automatically and stop in upward position. They will not go down on their own - you have to manually push them down. Other than that, they work fine if you need to turn them, but when they stop it is always in the upward position. They will not go back down unless manually pushed. Any suggestions? Someone did tell me that this means the motor is going on them and it is very costly to fix.

The wipers would have a mind of their own stopping in the middle of the windshield or not starting when I wanted them to. It always started when the temp dropped below 10C and went away when it was warmer. THeres a TSB about replacing a wiper motor gasket. I never did it because it stopped doing it this year for some reason but I did buy the gasket for ~$20 and will replace it if it starts doing this again. A problem others have when I googled it.

It appears this is a re-occurring problem as the dealer was aware of issue before I finished explaining the issue. They had the replace sitting in stock waiting for the next sucker. No recall exists at this time.
