: the contact stated while traveling 60 mph on a dry highway road, the brake pedal was tapped, the vehicle pulled to the right, and the brake and steering wheel locked up. This caused the vehicle to spin and hit a telephone pole. The driver side door was crushed into the middle of the vehicle. The impact caused the driver to be ejected out the passenger side of the vehicle. A police report was taken at the scene. The vehicle was towed to a salvage yard, where it was deemed totaled by the insurance company. The vehicle was inspected by the manufacturer, but a report was not received. The driver sustained bruises on the lower part of both legs.
