After I turned the car off, I reached my hand over the air vents and noticed air was still blowing. I turned the car on, switched the fan to off, and turned the car off. This did not fix the problem and the fan was still blowing even after the car is turned off. This is dangerous because I'm sure it uses the battery to power the fans, so my battery could have easily died.
