The contact owns a 2005 Honda Civic hybrid. The contact stated while driving 15-20 mph, another vehicle crashed into him at a head-on angle from the passenger side front wheel. The side air bags did not deploy but the driver and passenger air bags did. The driver was severely injured and two people in the other vehicle were moderately injured. The vehicle was destroyed. A police report was filed. An accident reconstruction report was also available. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The current and failure mileage was approximately 100,000.
I was driving and took a left turn going to fast about 40-50 and the car rolled over upside down. The airbags didn't go off while I was hanging upside down.
