The contact owns a 2005 Honda Civic. The contact stated that the key came out of the ignition switch and made a clicking noise. When the key was removed occasionally the contact was unable to place the key in the ignition. She referenced NHTSA campaign id number 10V364000, electrical system ignition, and she contacted Honda who stated that her vehicle was not included in the recall even though the symptoms were identical. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was 70,000. The current mileage was 80,000.
