2005 Honda Civic hybrid: About once a day during my commute, I hit a bump or pothole while braking, and the brakes get very weak for a second until I apply more pedal pressure. This is a problem probably very similar to the recent Toyota prius braking problem. The generator stops providing braking force when the vehicle hits a pothole.
