I know of 3 others who have 2003 Honda Civics with broken door locks. My sister got hers replaced from a dealer for FREE because they knew how to keep a good customer! Me? $199.00 to start. What happens when the passenger side breaks? How will I get in the car? I can NOT afford to have the vehicle re-keyed. The dealer admits having a MEMO about this issue on MOST 2003 Honda vehicles but no RECALL so they won't pay for it.
