I was driving down riverside in rockford. When I entered the intersection at riverside and rockton, a car turned in front of me. I had no time to react and hit the car at 40 mph. My two door 2000 Honda Civic ex is totaled due to the amount of damage sustained to the front of my vehicle. However, my airbags never deployed. I never had any airbag lights on in my car prior to the accident or any warnings indicating that the airbag did not work.
The contact owns a 2000 Honda Civic. While turning a corner between 60-70 mph, the contact lost control of the vehicle and struck a dirt bank on the side of the road. His head struck the windshield and the air bags failed to deploy. The contact suffered a concussion and had a cut/bruise on his forehead from striking the windshield. The front end and rear of the vehicle were damaged. The contact does not know what happened after the crash because he blacked out. A passerby woke him up and called 911. The contact did not know how long he was unconscious. The vehicle was rendered as destroyed. The police arrived and filed a report. There were no other passengers in the vehicle and the contact was wearing his seat belt at the time of the crash. The VIN was unknown. The failure mileage was 108,000.
I was involved in a horrible car crash on March 15, 2008. An 18-wheeler swerved into my lane while driving on the highway. When the 18-wheeler swerved, the back of his load hit (the 1st) time on the passenger side. I was then sucked underneath the 18-wheeler, flipped several times while being drug for 100 yards still underneath the 18-wheeler the entire time. Once the vehicle stopped, I was upside down hanging from the 18-wheeler. The airbags in my 2000 Honda Civic never deployed from any side. I was hit with a major impact at every angle upside down and all around. The er medical had to do on-site procedures due to the damage to my head, arm, and leg. They were unable to take my seatbelt off, it had to be cut off. I had a problems in the past with my driver's side seatbelt getting stuck. On a normal day, I normally would have ro jerk the sealtbelt off of me. Please advise me on this situation. I am just now being able to report the airbag situation because I have been in the hospital due to the terrible accident.
Roll over and head on collision of vehicle but no airbag deployment. Numerous comments on internet about airbags lack of deployment on this vehicle. I contacted Honda and they are non responsive to inspect the airbags and to determine if they are faulty. I have the vehicle in my possession and would like it properly inspected to determine if the airbags should have deployed.
The contact stated the SRS air bag light illuminated. She was concerned if there was an accident the air bags may not deploy. The dealer stated the SRS and both air bags needed to be replaced. The vehicle has not been repaired.

While pulling into a parking space the vehicle suddenly took off. Vehicle went over a retaining wall and hit a building. Whole front of vehicle was crushed beyond radiator, and none of the vehicles airbags deployed.
Dealer claims this is non-issue. I have taken photos of the vehicle showing point of impact on the front bumper directly in front of the driver. Injuries were minor in this incident, however, it is apparent that there was a failure.
