going down the freeway at night no one behind me for a little ways and few cars in front of me, something caught me eye and the range of the lights was farther and brighter and back to where it was. like my high beams were turned on and off. i could not see any cars that were close enough to cause it. at that time i looked at the dashboard and those lights were doing the same thing, looked at the lights and they were back to pulsing. later on i looked it up and saw that people were complain about the same thing and the solution was to fix where the wire was rubbing against the intake manifold. so taped that up and the same thing happened.
