While the vehicle was parked in driveway for about 30-45 minutes, it caught on fire and burned up. Owner not sure what started the fire. Fire was put out by fire department. Also driver's seat belt failed to retract.
Consumer was invovled in an accident in which another vehicle struck consuner from left front bumper and driver's side, causing consumer's head hit the front windshield due to seat belt retractor failure, and delay in air bags deployment which caused injury to consumer neck. Dealer/manufacturer notified.
