Balise Honda in West Warwick, RI leased me a lemon! 2015
On the day I leased the vehicle it stalled and had to be jumped. The general manager assured me this was normal due to the car being on the lot in the cold. This week the car stalled twice and when I was driving on the highway, the engine light, check emissions, transmission, drivers light flasshing all came on. I drove it to Honda and after complaining they gave me a loaner. Yesterday they called stating it need and entire new transmission. The car is 2 months old. I realize it is covered but I do not want this car, I feel unsafe with a vehicle that has had problems with less than 1000 miles. I had a Ford for 12 yrs and NEVER had a problem. I do not want this veicle and the manager is not returning my calls.
I do not know if it is this dealership or Honda in general...but this car is junk and I will nit pay for the next 3 yrs on a vehicle that had such a serious problem in the first 2 months. The car had 5 miles on it when I got it. It is a defect in this car and I want a new one.
