Vehicle warning lights came on and told me to pull over iimmediately. Stopped to turn left (since I was in fast lane) and car turned off and would not start. Police came and pushed my CRV out of the road. It was towed to dealer. They said it was a faulty battery. Also mentioned the stickey wheel which had been going on for a few weeks. They could not feel it when they drove it. It was better for about 2 weeks after getting it back but is just as bad as before. It is so noticeable that if my dog is standing up he actually jerks when I have to make the steering wheel unlock. Another problem is the drivers' side mirror. It vibrates at high speed making it difficult to see cars. I was told by the dealer that all of the other CRVs have the same issue and they can not fix it.

Update from Jul 8, 2024: I took my CRV back to the dealer on March 8, 2024. They confirmed the "sticky wheel" issue and deemed my vehicle unsafe to drive. I was given a rental car and told the part would be in the end of March. They called two weeks later and said part was on backorder until September 6, 2024. They switched my short term rental to a long term rental. However, on July 4th I received a call that the part had been received and my car was ready to pick up. I have only had it back two days and so far so good.

When driving at highway speeds the steering wheel seems to stick in the middle. When changing directions or even trying to maintain lane center, steering wheel resists turning until it seems to "break loose". This sometimes can cause over steering as it breaks loose. This is definitely annoying and potentially dangerous.
