Vibration Issue

I've noticed a vibration in the drivers steering wheel, more vibration in the drivers seat, door and center console at 62mph and above. It's very annoying.

I paid for the wheels to be balanced which were fine then took it into Honda of North Hollywood who said it was normal with those cars. It's not normal. I also checked that the prop shaft had it's weights showing it was balanced and as the problem is on the drivers side I doubt it's the prop shaft.

I own a 2005 Honda Element and a 2005 CRV both of which have no issues at all. I believe this is an issue with the hybrid system but they are unwilling to investigate as it would cost time and money. I bought the extended warranty which is useless if I can't get problems fixed.
