I am very disappointed in Honda. I have never been left stranded due to vehicle problems in any car I have owned. I was driving 55 miles an hour when my dash light came on and a warning noise sounded. I immediately started pulling over. The steering locked up and I was lucky I made it to the side of the road. I was on a highway at the time. I could have had a fatal accident. Especially if I had been drinking on the interstate which I had the day prior. I could have been killed!
There is no excuse for this happening in a 2020 vehicle with 14,000 miles on it! It has been repaired; however I do not feel safe in this car any longer. That’s a bad feeling to have as I’m driving down the road wondering if it may happen again. Really really dissatisfied and disappointed in Honda for this.
