The car was fixed for the blown fuse issue a week ago. 10K regular maintenance was done one day earlier. The car suddenly slowed down on highway while it was on cruise. It was towed to the dealer and they found no mechanical issues but 9 DTCs. The DTCs say various 9 communication failures with the brake booster, HVAC, AT, and SRS/SWS. My wife drove it back from the dealer and experienced the same issue. When ECON and cruise functions were turned off, no further issues happened. I brought the car back to a Honda dealer after several days, they could not see any DTC records including the previous ones. Now I am driving this car on highway wary of any sudden slowdown.
Update from Jan 10, 2022: The problem happened again on highway. It seemed to happen when the car is on smart cruise. This time, the dealer could replicate the issue and fixed it. They replaced the fuel injectors. I hope it won't happen again.
