While driving my crv about 40 miles away from home, an all wheel drive system error alert came on the dash. The car seemed to slow as I was driving. I pulled over and parked turned the car off and re started it and it was ok. The error came back on and did not go off and this time the car did not feel safe to drive while accelerating to 20 mph there seemed to be a delay and feeling of wobbling. Had my car stopped at any point on the road this could have caused a major accident. It also felt unsafe

My AWD system is lit up. I saw that this was a reported issue by Honda that there-??s issues with the rear differential motor. AWD Light ON: DTC C1851-1E/DTC C1851-18 Stored They should consider this a recall.

While driving in the freeway at 65mph, car starts to loose power, the accelerator does not respond to the push of the pedal. Even if I press the gas, the car just shows in the dashboard that the car is receiving power but speed lingers in 50mph but it clearly is way below this speed and keeps decreasing even if it shows the 50mph, the car just cruises with it-??s own momentum. The hybrid battery depletes completely and warning lights start flashing to check engine. The car will also jerk front to back and the main motor will make a loud noise as if at high power with a hint of rattling. It-??s difficult to maneuver between high speed vehicles passing by while not having any power in the vehicle. The only thing I can do is turn on my hazard lights and cruise to the right lane and look for the first exit and safely park. As soon as I park the vehicle, it will continue to keep with the rattling and the warning lights and high power noise. If I turn off the vehicle and turn it on again, the hybrid battery will reappear with charge and it doesn-??t make any sound (hybrid standby). It will drive normal after this. My vehicle was purchased from dealership in 2021 and the first incident was in December of 2022, it did not repeat this incident until February 2024 where it did it twice, one week exactly apart from each incident under the exact same circumstances and the same area of the freeway as soon as I hit the first top speed of 65mph in the freeway.

One year after I bought my new 2020 Honda crv the Torque Converter seal leaked and the oil seal was replaced. I had only 4670 miles on it. In August of this yr 2023 my battery died in the middle of no where and had to wait for AAA in 103 temp for 45 minutes. Today October 20th,2023 my car stalled in the middle of a 4 lane busy intersection. The car was towed to the dealership and the fuel pump was replaced at only 14,400 miles! this vin has had no recalls but im so disappointed since I bought a Honda for its reliability. I have a disabled 81 yr old husband and this has been more than stressful. My warranty expires this Dec 2023 and im afraid I bought a lemon. THE LEALER SIAD THAT MY HABNDICAP PLACKART HAD CUT THROUGH THE WIRING IN THE REAR VIEW MIRROR, SHORTING OUT THE SYSTEM. THIS SHOULD BE A RECALL TO FIX THE PROBLEM. THE PLACKARD WAS BEIG HUNG AS INTENDED. PLACKARDAS ARE HARD PLASTIC AND COULD CUT THROUGH INSULATION.

My car, a 2020 Honda CR-V EX 1.5T AWD, was totaled in a fatal accident on a rainy night on an interstate highway. It spun on the highway a couple of turns, hit the highway barrier at all of its corners and sides, caused the airbags to all came out, and eventually deadly stopped in the middle of the highway on a rainy night. My wife and I were in our undrivable vehicle, watching countless coming vehicles approaching us rapidly. We were just waiting in the dead car unmovable, just as in a coffin for our fate to come but can do nothing. Thank GOD who made someone call 911. Thanks to the emergency rescue team. The ambulance sent us to a nearby local hospital. We bought the vehicle, the 2020 Honda CR-V EX 1.5T AWD, as new, and we realized there could be a problem at a very earlier time. It has a serious problem with its AWD control system. The rear wheels are always engaged in all road conditions, as it is displayed on the instrument panel. This causes the two symptoms of the car, (1) the MPG (miles-per-gallon) is extremely lower than the standard 34 MPG on the highway. It is only 23 to 25 MPG because it always consumes about 32 to 36 gallons of gasoline on a trip of 810 miles distance (85% on interstate highways). (2) the rear tires are worn out extremely fast. It wore 86% of the usage range at 22,000 miles usage, which is about 2 to 3 times quicker than tires on other cars on average. We visited the Honda dealer in Troy, Michigan for the tire problems on May 9, 2022, which is about five months before the severe accident. The Honda dealer refused to give any compensation for changing new tires. The car is just over 25,000 mileage (see [XXX] ). They changed only 2 new tires in the front and put the old front tires on the rear wheels. INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6)

While driving on the I70 to go skiing with 3 passengers, during portions of the road with steep grades, the car was unable to go the speed limit. Despite applying 95 to 100% power, cars were passing. This is a new car and is clearly a design flaw - as a hybrid once the assistive batteries are depleted, it is only running on the engine - at altitude the engine is starved for oxygen and doesn't have enough power. This is extremely stressful on the driver and unsafe while in the mountainous terrain.
