The contact stated that the vehicle was driven 30 MPH to the service station, where an independent mechanic diagnosed the vehicle with fuel injector misfire. The contact stated that the vehicle drove rough while depressing the accelerator pedal. The local dealer was contacted; however, the vehicle was not repaired because the parts to repair the vehicle were on backorder. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and referred the contact to the NHTSA Hotline to report the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 65,238.

The contact was informed that the failure was not due to the recall repair. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 24,949.
