The contact owns a 2019 Honda CR-V. The contact had received a recall notice for NHTSA Campaign Number: 21V215000 (Fuel System, Gasoline). The dealer was contacted and informed her that the parts were unavailable and that parts would be available later that month. The contact called back the same dealer three weeks later and was informed that they were only receiving a limited supply of parts and could not service her vehicle. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The contact had not experienced a failure. Parts distribution disconnect.
