AC was blowing warm air so brought it to the dealer for diagnostic. They said AC condenser was damaged by rock and caused all the refrigerant to leak out. The condenser had to be replaced and it is NOT covered under warranty. Dealer said this is just pure bad luck as they had not seen this for the CRV, though they had seen this a few times for the Odyssey. We actually also own a 2008 Odyssey and had no such problem for the last 9 years.
For all I know, this can happen anytime again and this car is not even a year old yet. This is definitely a design flaw on Honda's side.
The total cost was $660 including tax. The retail price for the condenser (80110-T0A-A01) itself is $133.33. That means they charged us almost $500 for labor...
