CarComplaints.com Notes: Some vehicles alert you if you fall asleep behind the wheel, but the 2015 Honda CR-V has a different approach: just shake the heck out of you so you never fall asleep in the first place.
Along with the pulsation when braking, there is visible excessive wear on the right rear rotor. The dealer says it's from surface rust, and would like me to pay for the resurfacing.
Vibration is annoying and no matter how many times I have taken the SUV to the dealer repair shop, the problem continues. After leaving the vehicle at the shop for about a week, the Honda Techline requested snapshot and indicated the vibration is normal in these vehicles. Really????
I am sure you are familiar with the noise the brakes make when you are applying them when it is wet outside? Well, my brakes make this noise every time I apply them whether it is wet or dry. And every time I take my foot off the brake I hear another noise that sounds like it it coming from the back.
I was rear-ended, then pushed into the car in front of me by a Ford Explorer on Feb 28, 2015. My 1997 Honda CR-V was totaled. I know, I am lucky to be alive and escape with minor injuries. Yes, my CR-V saved my life but.....It was paid for. My plan was to keep it until it died. I took very good care of it. My maintenance file on it was about an inch thick. Most people were surprised when they asked what year it was.
I was forced to get another vehicle. Purchased the exact same CR-V including same color just 17 years newer. I have had the car 3 weeks today and I am very disgusted with it. The moment I drove off the lot I heard the vibration. My first thought was it is coming from the tires. When I got home I went on the internet and was horrified to find that channel 7/7 on your side (Washington, DC) did a report about this exact vibration and it has nothing to do with the tires. And Honda of America isn't going to do anything because it is not a safety issue.

Never had issues with Toyota, decided to change to Honda and all problems. Brand new vehicle 2015, taken back to dealership and they told me it was a known problem, to go back in a month, we will see. Not happy about my purchase which I could trade it for something else.
