The contact owns a 2015 Honda CR-V. while driving 35 mph, the vehicle failed to accelerate when the accelerator pedal was depressed. The failure recurred intermittently. The vehicle was not diagnosed nor repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 15,000. The dealer informed the consumer, the extra floor mat was sliding and blocking the accelerator. The floor mat, has since been removed. Updated 04/13/16.
