Honda has tried to fix this delayed acceleration with a software update, but many owners report it didn't fix the problem.
This defect trend is not quite bad enough yet for us to slap on the "Beware of the Clunker" seal. But it's a concern & definitely something to keep in mind for a test drive.
April 16th, knock at the door, I was asleep - the police -several Honda cars in my building had been broken into and the driver air bag stolen with damage to trim. The alarm did not go on. I want reimbursement of my $500 deductible. This is my 3rd CRV, it only has 2235 miles and I don't need the aggravation. Don't tell me I bought an alarm when it does not work. Thank you.
