Unlocked the car with the key fob, opened drivers side door then went back to the hatchback and found that it hadn't unlocked. Went back to the door thinking that I must have not clicked unlock twice and used the door unlock button. The back hatch still didn't unlock and when I tried the drivers side passenger door it too was locked.
Called the dealership, they said $115 for diagnostic even after I Googled the problem and matched it to a failed actuator. Then if that is the problem it will cost $225 and a half day for the repair. After the search, I found that the recall for the exact same problem was in previous models and that situation is very similar to my situation. Just past the warranty and from what I understand this model year has been giving people grief with the failing actuators as well.
I have called Honda Corp. and they had said that my car had a recall on the drivers side door in 10/12. We are the second owners. I will post an update as soon as I hear something.
