This problem just makes it very hard to use the hands free device. Your callers cannot hear you, all they hear is buzzing, screeching noise. How useful is a hands free device that does not work. When I first heard of the problem, I thought it was a bad connection. After numerous parties kept hearing the noise I looked into the situation. The fix is a fairly cheap process, and I googled the how to repair which does not look hard either. I financed the car and it is a used vehicle. I have to say that I am very happy with the new car, until this bothersome thing popped up. I have called the dealership and wouldn't you know that every time I call them using the Bluetooth phone, they do not hear the noise. That's just crazy. Of course that is how that would work. I am about to make my second monthly payment and I had advised the dealership of the problem right after I made the 1st payment, Dealership advised me to call Honda to see if there were any TSB's or recalls and there were not. I find that very odd because when you google this problem numerous people mention this occurrence. I am hoping the dealership does right by me. If they do not, I may just have to come back and rant and gripe about this dealership. The part isn't expensive and the fix does not seem very hard at all. I google stuff like this all the time. I have no problem fixing a problem myself if I can.

As many complaints I have seen on other sites, this should be a recall item!
