We have spoken to Honda usa & dealer a few times, the dealer has stated that they have ordered our parts for the recall. After waiting 6 weeks for the equipment we have heard nothing from the dealer. I don't believe they are trying to resolve our situation.

Cannot afford to risk life and also cannot afford to keep on different people and hanging the phone for hours wasting my work hours and pay

Takata recall: After being notified by Honda only in early 2016 regarding the defective airbags in our vehicle, Honda has provided zero efforts in remedying the situation. Honda has yet to receive parts to replace our airbags (and did not even place an order for them until we reached out to them) and has failed to offer a loaner vehicle despite the serious "injury or death" that may be caused by our continued use of our vehicle. Also upsetting and frustrating is the fact that we have not even received a response after alerting our local Honda dealership manager (jaime arreola at Honda keyes woodland hills) that we have an upcoming cross-country road trip that we must take for business. Our numerous follow-up calls to determine the status of the airbag replacement parts have also gone unanswered / unreturned.
Takata recall 4-4-2016 put on list to have recall done when parts are available. This is a major safety recall. How long do I have to wait" at some point will the manufacture be required to buy back my car" 5 months is to long to wait on a recall like this.

"takata recall" I have been waiting for the part for over half a year and I feel the remedy should be provided soon or another vehicle to drive while I wait because I fear for my safety "takata recall"
In March of 2016, I received a recall notice to repair the driver side airbag of my CRV. I was told that I would get notice when parts came in. In July of 2016 I received notice that the passenger side airbag would need repair. I called Honda customer service a few weeks ago and they were going to contact me. So far, no call back and no repairs.do I need to get into a front end accident, with injuries, to get these repaired. I like this car but do not want to drive it anymore until these recalls are completed.
