I own a 2010 Honda CRV, there is a noticeable hesitation in accelerations from a stop or slow speed. Most apparent when attempting to make a left turn against oncoming traffic as the hesitation makes these turns dangerous. As with complaints 10361582 and 10361843 (and likely others), I have taken the car into the Honda dealer whose assessment is that the car is performing per specification. I suspect it has something to do with Honda increasing the compression ratio for 2010, but not properly tuning the timing for all situations, but I am not a mechanic so it's just an uneducated hunch.
The contact owns a 2010 Honda CRV. When driving 55 mph he felt hesitation in the motor. The vehicle was taken to the dealer. After a diagnostic test he was advised that the failure was a normal characteristic of the vehicle. No repairs were made. The failure mileage was 1,986.
