CarComplaints.com Notes: While the 2009 CR-V still came equipped with tires that wear out faster than my Grandpa after a turkey dinner, Honda did address an electrical problem with the door locks that plagued owners of previous model years.
Suspension went bad surprisingly fast. I spoke to many previous owner of CRVs when I purchase the car. They had no complaints, their cars lasted 250,000 miles without any major repairs. My CRV has 120,000 miles and ALL of the suspension went bad, including back struts, front struts, lower control arm (bushings), tie rods. Additionally, had AC problems and alternator problems. I will not buy another Honda.
