CarComplaints.com Notes: While the 2009 CR-V still came equipped with tires that wear out faster than my Grandpa after a turkey dinner, Honda did address an electrical problem with the door locks that plagued owners of previous model years.
we're disappointed with the brand new honda cr-v we bought last year. it's exactly as the others here say. brakes are squealing really loud that people actually look at you, really embarrassing. considering this car costs almost double here in Switzerland. after complaining several times at the honda garage they finally changed the brake pads. After about a week of peaceful driving the car now squeals with the steering wheel vibrating a bit, every time I release the brake pedal. Before it squeals every time i step on the brakes. I will now call the garage back and hope that they do something about it. I can't wait to get another car, definitely NOT HONDA.
