When going through an automatic car wash, the rear wiper arm totally broke off. The car wash owner said that she had seen this happen with about four other CRVs. She paid to have it fixed once, but told me that in the future, I should tape down the wiper before going through the car wash. That worked well until one day I was in a rush and forgot to tape it down. It broke off again!!! There are millions of vehicles with rear wipers, and I cannot believe that everyone tapes their wiper down before going through a car wash. Honda needs to find a solution to this problem!!!!!!!!!!!
