2007 Honda CRV sounds like an electric bus - - loud whinning noise. When I turn the wheel, thee seems to be a clunking noise and resistance. Took it to the dealership; they could hear nothing. Took it back a month later to have it checked for a recall on airbag and was told mine was not included. While there, I mentioned the noise to the girl who drove my car up. She told me it was my power steering. When I asked what it would cost to fix it, her reply was "A lot!" That is as much as I could get out of Honda. Going online, this noise nobody can hear at Honda except the girl who moves cars for them seems to be a problem for the CRV. I do not know if it is the pump, low fluid, or an O ring that needs replaced. I am buying the O ring today and my son-in-law is going to replace it this weekend.
