Someone hit me from back on a freeway while I was at stopped position due to traffic jams. I was injured by steering wheel but no air bag deployed. Doc told me I have to suffer few years or longer or whole life. If air bag deployed. I could have been saved.

As a result, her knees struck the dashboard and were bruised. The dealer refused to inspect the vehicle to determine the cause of failure. A police report was filed.
